Delete your account

This page is the single, dedicated place to delete your Athrun account and the data tied to it — whether you use the iOS/Android app, the web app at driveathrun.com, or neither right now. You don't need the app installed to use it.

Delete it now, from this page

If you created an Athrun account (an email + password), you can delete it below in under a minute. This performs the same permanent, immediate deletion as the in-app flow.

Or delete it in the app / web app

Open Athrun (the mobile app, or driveathrun.com), tap your account chip, and choose Delete account. Confirm with your password and it's removed immediately — this page and the in-app flow do the exact same thing.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, right away:

Your account credentials and email address
Every vehicle in your garage (VIN, year/make/model, trim)
All chat sessions and diagnostic conversation history
Saved vehicle stats — mileage, oil-change timing, registration, service history
Your nearby-services (Near Me) search history
Your community username and your votes on threads/replies

This cannot be undone — there's no recovery window.

What's retained

Threads and replies you posted in the community stay up — other owners rely on that content — but they're immediately disassociated from you: your username is removed and the post is shown as posted by "Anonymous." Reports (flags) you filed may be kept for moderation records with your identity removed. We may also retain limited records where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. If you never created an account

Most of Athrun works anonymously, tied only to an identifier generated on your device — there's no server-side account to delete. Uninstalling the app, or clearing driveathrun.com's site data in your browser, removes that identifier and everything tied to it. The small, aggregate usage counters we keep for rate-limiting expire automatically and are never linked to a name or email.

Can't sign in?

If you've lost access to your account's email or password, email us at communications@caeluslabs.com from the address on your account (or tell us which account to act on). We'll verify and delete your account and data within 30 days. See Contact for more.
